Reachly ("we", "us", or "our") operates getreachly.io. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

• Account data — your email address when you sign up.
• Platform handles — the social media usernames you enter to track follower counts.
• OAuth tokens — when you connect a platform (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), we store an access token so we can fetch your analytics. These are stored encrypted and never shared.
• Usage data — approximate timestamps of when you use the app, used only to understand engagement.

What We Don't Collect

We do not sell your data. We do not collect payment information (handled by Stripe). We do not read your private messages or content.

Third-Party Services

Reachly integrates with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram/Meta APIs solely to display your own analytics to you. Data fetched from these APIs is displayed in your dashboard and is not stored beyond session caching.

Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. All associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
