Reachly is a social media analytics dashboard for content creators. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
When you connect a social platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), you grant Reachly read-only access to your public analytics. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your settings.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error was made.
Reachly is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
