Reachly

Reachly is a creator growth dashboard that tracks your follower counts across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X — all in one place. It pulls live data from each platform and records a daily snapshot so you can see trends over time.

Your data refreshes automatically in the background every 15 minutes. The dashboard also calculates day-over-day, week-over-week, and month-over-month growth so you never have to do the math yourself.

Click the ⚙️ Settings button in the top-right corner. Under "Platform Handles", enter your username or paste your full profile URL for each platform you want to track — Reachly will automatically extract the handle. Hit Save Handles and your dashboard will populate within seconds.

For Facebook, enter your page handle in the first field. If you want exact (unrounded) follower counts, paste your numeric Page ID (e.g. 1234567890123456) into the Page URL field — Reachly will use the Graph API to fetch the precise number.

Facebook rounds displayed follower counts once a page crosses 10K (e.g. "11,000" instead of "11,167"). To get the exact count, enter your numeric Page ID in the Facebook URL field in Settings. Reachly will then use the Facebook Graph API to return your precise follower number.

TikTok and YouTube show rounded counts in their public-facing UI. Reachly parses the raw data from page source where available for higher accuracy.

Milestones let you set a follower goal for each platform. The Milestone Tracker section shows a progress bar, your current count vs. goal, and an estimated date you'll hit it based on your recent growth pace.

To set goals, click Edit Goals in the Milestones section. You can also enable push notifications to get alerted the moment you cross a milestone — toggle it on under ⚙️ Settings → Push Alerts.

Push notifications let Reachly alert you on your device even when the tab is closed. Go to ⚙️ Settings → Push Alerts, toggle on "Enable on this device", and allow the browser permission prompt.

You can configure two types of alerts: Spike alerts (when a platform grows faster than your normal pace — you pick the sensitivity), and Milestone alerts (when you hit a follower goal). Use "Send Test Notification" to verify it's working.

Reachly caches follower counts for 15 minutes to stay within platform rate limits. The background refresher keeps data warm so your dashboard loads instantly. You can force a fresh pull anytime with the Refresh button.

For Facebook with a numeric Page ID, counts come directly from the Graph API and are exact. For other platforms, Reachly parses public page data — accuracy is high but counts may occasionally lag a few minutes behind the platform's own UI.

Yes — Reachly works as a home screen app on both iPhone and Android, so it opens full-screen like a native app.

iPhone (Safari): Open getreachly.io in Safari → tap the Share button (the box with an arrow at the bottom of the screen) → scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen → tap Add.

iPhone (Chrome): Open getreachly.io in Chrome → tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner → tap Add to Home Screen → tap Add. Note: Chrome on iPhone will add a shortcut, but it will open in Safari. For the best full-screen experience, use Safari.

Android (Chrome): Open getreachly.io in Chrome → tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner → tap Add to Home Screen → tap Add.
